We offer 1~3 years’ limited warranty according to different series of products. If anything broke during the warranty time, we can send the parts to replace or refund.

3. Is there a cost associated with molding? Is it possible to get a refund? How can I get a refund?

We will impose mold fees in the following scenarios: 1. No mold fee is charged for regular products; 2. Alteration requests are made by customers based on the original products. We will charge a mold fee according to the actual situation and refund once the order quantity agreed upon by both parties is reached; 3. Customers entrust us with the development of a new product. Those who hold a monopoly on the sales right must pay the mold fee. If customers are willing to split the sales right with us, the mold cost is paid according to the market size.
