Q: Can I print or customize (OEM) the packing of the product?
A: Yes.For the first aid kit: you can customize your logo print on the box or bag, or make a label which print your logo stick on box,but each content do not show original country.And we may charge you extra printing fee.

Q: How about the delivery time?
A:Between two weeks to one month depending on the quantity ordered.If you are sourcing  a product, our representative will give you specific information regarding the lead time. If you need a rush order, contact our representatives to discuss your specific needs.

Q: How can I get samples promptly?
A:Kindly please contact with our representative via email, fax, or phone to specify the sample you need and provide your courier ( as UPS,FedEx, DHL,TNT etc) account No. and we’ll send samples through your courier by freight collect. For oversea customers, sample value under USD15.00 normally free of charge. As a courtesy, Your courier charges and samples charges can refund from 1st order.

Q: How about the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) and Minimum Order Amount (MOA)?
A:For the First Aid Kits, the MOQ is 3000 sets. For other medical items, the MOA is USD3000.00 for less than 3 items per order.For the first aid kit: if you want inside contents with your logo without extra charge,the minimum quantities as following : Adhesive bandage / Band aid: 2 colour, 500,000 pcs Wet wipe: 2 colours, 50000 pcs Other items: 20000pcs
Ps: Individual content without showing Original Country.For other medical items: you can  customize your logo print on the packing of the medical items. Please specify your requirement to our representative, according to your order product and quantity, we may charge you extra printing fee.
