Today, Commercial Aircraft Corporation of China (COMAC) delivered the world’s first sizeable C919 passenger aircraft to China Eastern Airlines.
The delivery of the first C919 aircraft is another important milestone in developing China’s major aircraft career. It means that after generations of efforts, China’s civil aviation transportation market will, for the first time, have a mainline jet aircraft developed independently by China.
