The First-phase Internal Training on Quality Management System Conducted by the Company

In a bid to enhance the learning and understanding of employees in related positions about ISO13485 quality management system, effectively strengthen the overall management of the company and standardize the operation process of each department, from September 1 to September 3, Liang Leiguang, the management representative/quality manager, was assigned by the company to conduct the first-phase internal training on the quality system in the conference room on the third floor of the office. The heads of each department and related employees attended this training.

This training is carried out from quality manuals, procedural documents and other perspectives. Moreover, it combines theory with practice, which is lively, interesting and original. In the communication and question-and-answer links during the training process, the actual problems of our company were discussed, which benefited everyone a lot. In the process of training, the participants focused their attention, carefully recorded relevant knowledge points and actively participated in the discussion. The atmosphere of the whole training was very enthusiastic.

On September 3, the employees who took part in the training had an assessment of the basic knowledge of the first-phase training. The result of the assessment is that all the staff are qualified and the expected training effect is achieved.

By virtue of this training, the heads of all departments and the employees in related positions’ cognition about the system has been enhanced, the process has been standardized, and the quality awareness has been strengthened, laying a sound foundation for the overall promotion of the company.
